On Monday, April 8th, the Oak Ridge Mustangs got to experience the solar eclipse at 94% totality. Students and staff received special glasses in order to view the eclipse. Around 1:45 PM, the Mustangs went outside to view the eclipse. A lot of “Oohs” and “Aahs” were heard amongst students and staff alike. Many students commented on how the weather became much chillier compared to when they had been outside at recess. Everyone enjoyed this great real life science lesson!
